Guests receive self-check-in instructions and a door code prior to arrival for easy access to the condo.
Yes, parking is available for guests, with 2 complimentary parking passes provided at check-in.
Not allowed in the main parking area due to HOA rules.
Yes! Palacio is a Gulf-front property with direct private beach access just steps from the building.
The beach chairs are available for rent through a third-party beach service available on the beach (March-October). Guests are welcome to bring their own beach chairs & tents.
Yes, Palacio has one lagoon style outdoor pool, one heated lap pool and a hot tub.
One pool may be heated during cooler months (seasonal).
We do not provide beach towels, so guests should bring their own.
Inside the Condo
Yes, fully equipped kitchen includes stove, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, blender, built-in microwave & oven and dishwasher.
Yes, the condo has in-unit washer and dryer.
